Yes. Bring your own words, or answer a few prompts for an editable first draft. Guided help expresses the memories and meaning you provide; it does not invent feelings or biography, and every line stays yours to change.
Can I upload my own photo?
Yes. Upload your own image or choose from the built-in photo library while designing.
How much does a plaque cost?
The price depends on the size and finish you pick, and shipping to the US and Canada is included. All prices are in CAD, and you will see the exact price in the editor before checkout, with no charge until you place the order.
What sizes are available?
Plaque and canvas prints come in 5×7 in and 8×10 in formats. The Acrylic Wall Print is available only in 8×10. Every offered format can be ordered in portrait or landscape.
How does the acrylic print display?
The 8×10 Acrylic Wall Print uses ¼-inch acrylic and includes wall-mounting hardware. It can be ordered in portrait or landscape; a 5×7 acrylic option is not offered.
How long does shipping take?
Because every piece is custom printed and individually finished, please allow about 2–3 weeks for delivery with free standard shipping to the US and Canada.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is custom made, orders cannot be returned or refunded once finalized. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved preview, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will replace the affected item at no cost. If replacement is not possible, we will refund it.
