- Delivery
- About 2–3 weeks
- Because every piece is custom printed and individually finished, please allow about 2–3 weeks for delivery with free standard shipping to the US and Canada.

- Free
- Build and edit your keepsake first, then check out only when the poem, image, finish, and size look right. There is no charge until you place the order.
- If it arrives hurt
- 30 days
- Because every piece is custom made, orders cannot be returned or refunded once finalized. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved preview, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will replace the affected item at no cost. If replacement is not possible, we will refund it.
