Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please discontinue using our Services immediately.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

4. Orders & Payments

Order Process

Orders are considered final once payment is received. Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order. Standard shipping to the United States and Canada is included in the listed price; any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Please note that by using Stripe, you agree to abide by Stripe's Terms of Service and any other applicable policies.

Refunds & Returns

No Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is finalized. This includes change of mind, spelling or content errors in a design you approved, and dissatisfaction with an item produced as approved. Damaged Items below is the exception.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved preview, please contact info@plakyourpoem.com within 30 days of delivery. Include detailed photographs of the damage. We will review your photographs and replace the affected item at no cost. If replacement is not possible, we will refund it.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting poetry, images, or any other content ("User Content") to our platform, you:

• Grant Plakyourpoem.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the User Content as necessary to fulfill your order and provide our Services.
• Represent and warrant that you own or have valid permission to use and license the User Content, and that the User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
• Agree not to submit or upload any content that is offensive, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or refuse any User Content that violates these Terms or may harm our reputation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Plakyourpoem.com website—including AI-generated poetry, text, graphics, logos, designs, and software—is the exclusive property of Plakyourpoem.com or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any original poetry or content you create ("Original Content"), but by placing an order, you grant us the right to print, reproduce, and deliver your Original Content on the purchased products.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled via Gooten and shipped based on their production timelines. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but may vary. Plakyourpoem.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Plakyourpoem.com and its directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• The use of or inability to use our Services.
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in User Content.
• Delays or disruptions in our Services or shipping processes.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account.

In any event, Plakyourpoem.com's total liability is limited to the purchase price you paid for the order in question, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Except as required by applicable Canadian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
