New home keepsake

Personalized Housewarming Poem Plaques

Candles get burned and wine gets drunk. A housewarming poem plaque is the gift that is still on the wall years later — a few lines about what this new address is about to become. Add a photo of the house or the people moving in, and preview the plaque before you order.

Best for first homes, fresh starts, newlywed nests, big moves, and the friend who finally stopped renting.

What to Put in the Poem

Good housewarming poems look forward: the first coffee in the new kitchen, the wall that will fill with photos, the door that is always open. If it is a first home or a fresh start, say so — that is the story.

Design Direction

Warm, homey backgrounds — wood tones, soft light, greenery — suit a new-home gift. A photo of the house or the new city skyline makes it unmistakably theirs.

Questions

Before you start

Can I include their new address or move-in date?

Yes. A street name or date makes a lovely dedication line — add and arrange it in the editor.

What photo works if I do not have one of the house?

A photo of them, their city, or any background from the design library works — the poem carries the meaning.

What sizes and finishes can I order?

PlakYourPoem prints on canvas, hardboard plaque, and acrylic. Canvas and hardboard come in 5x7 and 8x10 inch sizes; acrylic is offered as an 8x10 inch wall print.

How much does a plaque cost?

The price depends on the size and finish you pick, and shipping to the US and Canada is included. All prices are in CAD, and you will see the exact price in the editor before checkout, with no charge until you place the order.

Where do you ship?

PlakYourPoem ships to addresses in the United States and Canada.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production and delivery typically take about two to three weeks. Timing is an estimate and can vary.

Write it once. Keep it close.

Bring your own words or start from a draft, add a photo, and see the finished keepsake before you pay.
