What to Put in the Poem
Skip the résumé. Name what they were known for: the open door, the steady hands, the standards nobody dared miss. End the poem facing forward — the garden, the grandkids, the mornings with nowhere to be.
Retirement tribute
Personalized Retirement Poem Plaques
A career deserves better than a sheet cake in the break room. A retirement poem plaque names the years, the people, and the difference they made — in words they can hang at home. Write from a team, a family, or a spouse, and preview the tribute before checkout.
Best for retiring parents, mentors, teachers, nurses, longtime colleagues, and team farewell gifts.

Design Direction
A team photo or a shot of their next chapter both work. Understated backgrounds and clear type suit a tribute; add their years of service in a small line if the poem does not carry the dates.
